Cindy Sakai is a training resultant and executive coach who helps leaders discover methods to sustain strong relationships in which employees feel valued and engaged, thereby creating innovative workplaces that produce high-performing results. As co-owner of TH!NK, LLC, a training and development company and winner of a 2009 Emerald Award from Inscape Publishing, Cindy has worked with a wide variety of organizations, such as: the United States Army, Oceanic Time Warner Cable®, Hawaii Federal Credit Union®, Goodwill Industries of Hawaii® and McDonald’s Restaurants® of Hawaii. As a Certified Dream Coach®, trained Purposeful Coach and a DiSC® practitioner for ten years, Cindy has the gift of transforming leaders by uncovering their hidden potential. Cindy is also a co-author of Direct Selling Power, recently published by THRIVE Publishing™, where she shares her expertise on creating a business model that values relationships yielding high-end results. Cindy holds Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and is a certified trainer in the Leadership Development Process, recognized as one of the top 20 leadership training programs in the United States.
