In the 28 years that Molly has been in sales leadership, she has mentored and coached thousands of individuals to greater heights. In 1985 she started Aloette Cosmetics of Seattle and has sold over $25 million in product with her dynamic sales team. Molly is an image consultant, co-author of Image Power, and her specialty is providing expert makeovers using color, accessorizing, wardrobe planning and makeup tips in groups and individual settings. Molly’s fun and energetic speaking inspires women to take it to the next level. Whether speaking on sales, image or balancing family and business, Molly has joyfully experienced life as a stay-at-home mom, dynamic business leader, professional trainer and speaker and student pilot—all while keeping her family as the center of her life.
